Vais has given Arvada West another legitimate offensive option off the catch and dribble, slotting into that starting lineup very well. Comfortable attacking closeouts for finishes around the rim, he is already a strong guard who has the tools to be a threat from all three levels. That strength allows him to hold up defensively, particularly with his help side activity to disrupt opposing drivers.
