Boyd is a very skilled guard. He can score on all three levels. He has a great touch around the rim and could finish around traffic well. Knows how to put the ball on the glass and give it a chance. He has a nice midrange pull-up he uses when he needs to. He then is a knockdown shooter from deep. He had to carry the majority of the offensive load for his team and did just that. He made a ton of tough shots. He is a smaller guard, but he plays so hard and is such a bucket, his size really does not matter. Boyd is a certified hooper.
