Colt Spencer Colt Spencer 6'4" | PF/SF St. Albert | 2028 State IA had an all-around impactful performance at the power forward position. For starters, he was unstoppable in the post in this game. He was relentless when it came to backing down opponents and converting on hooks around the rim. His touch around the rim was very impressive. He was able to hit post hooks with both hands, as well as being able to fade over both shoulders and remain in control and balanced, leading to many tough buckets inside. He was elite at using his frame to shield off defenders and carve out space and finish off looks in the paint. He was elite on the glass as well. He picked up many offensive rebounds and turned these extra possessions into points with tough putbacks at the rim, while also bringing down many boards on the other end of the court. He displayed high-level passing abilities off of these rebounds. He was great at pushing the break and kicking the ball ahead, producing open looks in transition. However, he was just as equally impactful in the half court as a passer. His vision was exquisite and he processed the floor at lightning speeds. He made very difficult reads in seconds and threw many pinpoint accurate skip passes across the court like they were nothing.
