In Lincoln Christian’s big win over Missouri Valley (IA), Sand finished the game with several assists, and even more hockey assists to his teammates. He is a willing passer, who plays a step ahead of the defense. Just because he is such a great playmaker for others, does not mean he can’t create for himself. Using his speed and strength, Sand showed off his ability to blow by defenders and finish in the paint.
