Hayes is a player that looks to attack the rim whenever he can and likes to apply pressure on the opposing team the second the ball is tipped off. His soft touch and shifty finishes around the rim make it tough for defenses to try and block. Another part of Hayes’s game that is one of his strong suits is his pull-up midrange game. He can break defenders down with his handles and then hit you with the quick pull-up shot even over tough contests.
