A new name I just learned about this weekend, Carter is a name to know in central Ohio. The long wing forward is a very impressive athlete who had some above the rim plays on both ends of the court. Carter threw down a dunk from the dunker spot, finished a lob with a layup and blocked a shot. Combine that with his high motor play getting offensive rebounds and I left impressed with Carter.
