It all looked effortless for the Maryland commit in a win over GSP, showing the full range of his abilities as a play-maker, halfcourt scorer, shooter, and defender. Jeffrey started off the game with a double cross into a pull-up 3 that hit nothing but net, hid behind screens to lace several 1H threes, and took tight angles coming off of screens to buy himself extra half seconds to either score or pass a teammate open. His change of pace and decisiveness with the ball made him difficult to stay in front of throughout the night as he took what the defense gave him en route to a near triple-double. Would like to see him be more vocal directing traffic

is a new addition to the rankings after reasons that had nothing to do with his ability kept him off it. DMVlive at DeMatha was the first opportunity I had to watch Christian, and he was one of the most impressive players there. Christian is strong and has the body to play at the next level. Christian can score from all over the court but excels attacking the rim. The Maryland commit is a good creator and a tremendous athlete. He competes on both ends, and he will have a big year for a Mt. Zion Prep team that should be more than formidable.

-Jeffrey flirted with professional opportunities this summer and thus, didn’t land in our last set of rankings but sets out to make a name for himself in the DMV. The NYC native committed to the University of Maryland today after an explosive summer on the EYBL circuit as a 3-level scorer that can create for himself or others off the bounce. With a college-ready physical frame, aggressive mentality at both ends of the floor, and a nice blend of perimeter skills– Jeffrey could leapfrog some of the prospects ahead of him by landing Mt. Zion in national discussions as the leader of a team with great size and positional versatility.
