‘s mid-range game was elite, consistently getting to his spots and playing to his strengths. His smooth stop-and-pop jumper is nearly automatic, with a high release and slight fadeaway allowing him to shoot over contests. He also displays the ability to hit turnaround jumpers in one-on-one situations with the same level of consistency. Defensively, Nwuli’s effortless leaping ability stands out, particularly when contesting shots under the basket with his quick bounce and length. He covers ground impressively on closeouts and contests beyond his immediate vicinity while showing a high motor battling in the trenches.

Nwuli has been quietly putting in work. He is down to 6 schools: Utah, UCLA, Louisville, TCU, San Diego State and USC. These high major schools are looking for that very active and high motor player that will get buckets and stops.
Nwuli is tough attacking the rim and in the mid-paint/mid-range area he has a soft tough and elite finishing ability. He is another player with a high ceiling that can continue to sharpen his skills at the next level.

New player in the state with a big time game as Chris is now at Wasatch Academy and he looks good. He was already good but he has elevated his game even more. This past weekend he caught one of the nastiest put-backs as he soared over defenders and was eye to eye with the rim as he had to throw the ball down on this dunk. Chris is electric and he is going to show out in the NIBC. Chris is a Nationally Ranked prospect.

When he isn’t busy getting highlight dunks, Nwuli has doubled as a fantastic two way player. He’s one of the teams steal leaders, getting a game high 4 against Northwest Rotary, and he uses his tremendous athletic ability to finish plays in transtion. He’s been a key factor to Vegas Elite’s 9-3 start to the season.
