-Hargrove turned down perimeter jumpers repeatedly throughout the game to get all the way to the rim or to score on push shots or floaters in the paint. His scoring versatility was on display throughout the evening, scoring on a leaner off glass, curling into a midrange J, executing a smooth backdoor cut for the layup, and finishing with two hands above the rim. Would like to see him really ramp up the skill development down the stretch of his senior year to add a tighter handle to allow him to navigate through tighter gaps in the defense and take full advantage of his burst/size/athleticism. But he’s always a difference-maker for a gritty Wise team.

-Intriguing blend of perimeter skills for a 2/3 prospect with good size and athleticism. Hargrove drew 3 fouls on jumpers beyond the arc, hit a lefty hook off the drop step on the low block, and got to the rim at will. Defensively he has the ability to shadow guards or bump with forwards inside the arc, coming over from the opposite short corner to block a shot on the opposite block twice in the same game.
