2022 stats: 5.9 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.3 blocksrnThe 6-8 forward prospect has seen his paint game develop during the offseason with his pot-game taking a big step heading into his junior season. He has decent strength down low but it’s the ability to use his body frame and physicality to create separation and finish strong over defenders. It’s the rim protection that solidifies him as an overall prospect college coaches should get eyes on.

The 6-8 rising junior power forward is a natural athlete who can score on all three levels, as well as play versatile defense out on the floor. Reins has great length and footwork where he can use his mobility to defend out on the perimeter. Reins uses his size at the front of the rim with a soft touch and great hands. He averaged a near double-double for Jesuit last season as a sophomore. Reins has continued to improve his mid-range game and is shooting from beyond the arc with more confidence.

The 6-8 rising junior is starting to play with more confidence and displayed a ton of growth this summer playing for Skills Center Elite as his rebounding and soft touch around the rim have continued to improve. Reins is also learning to expand his game into becoming more of an inside-out threat this upcoming season. Reins certainly has showed his toughness on the interior where he was averaging nearly five rebounds per game last season as a sophomore at Jesuit.
