Carter Milbourn Carter Milbourn 6'0" | PG/CG Riverton | 2027 State UT showed a new side of his game at the Expo. He was a very physical player throughout the day, and what really stood out to me was his ability to rebound the ball at a high level as a guard at his size.

Milbourn was one of the more consistent scorers throughout the entire day. He has a strong handle, an efficient shot, and showed great finishing moves around the rim. He is also a very good playmaker who consistently creates opportunities for his teammates. I liked the way he played with physicality, competed on both ends, and continued to find ways to impact the game offensively. Just as importantly, Milbourn was a great teammate who communicated well, played unselfishly, and brought a positive attitude throughout the day.

Milbourn is a player who doesn’t get the love he should. He’s a pure scoring point guard who can also make plays for others and brings a high level of competitiveness every time he steps on the floor. He has a crafty downhill attack and has continued to grow, giving him another level to his game. I’m expecting Carter to have a big year for Riverton.

The more and more I watch Milbourn, the more and more I like his all-around game. His ability to be a threat and be impactful on offense is always a given, but his defense has improved, and you can see him defend the length of the floor more. He is turning defenders and being a pest on the ball. He is playing with active hands, and he is getting in lanes and disrupting the offensive flow with his defense.

Keep an eye on him at Riverton, he is set to have a big year.
