is a good shooter who has shown good feel for the game as well as a strong work ethic. Similar to Moser, the biggest difference in college will be if Carter can add bulk to his lean frame. He’s got a good skill level and seems to be a great teammate.

Bresser is a knockdown shooter from beyond the arc. He runs the floor hard in transition and relocates off ball. His quick release and deep range leaves defenders with little time to contest. If the defense is able to take away his shot, he can finish in traffic around the basket.

Carter continues to grow and he’s hopeful that a transfer to Lloyd Memorial will provide more opportunities for him in his Junior season. Bresser shot the ball well in 5 on 5 action and showed improved defense and the ability to move laterally better than in the past. With his length and skill, Carter has long term upside.

Bresser was fearless and disciplined defensively. Was always in the mix for loose balls and was never out of position. Another player that has the ability to guard 1-5 at the high school level. As he continues to get stronger, could be one of the better defenders in the state.
