Carter is the type of player who does everything for the team. Whether it was scoring, rebounding, defending or assisting, he always found himself in the right place at the right time. Carter had a quiet game offensively in game 1. This did not deter him from being effective in other facets of the game. He effectively grabbed rebounds on both ends of the court. Some of the defensive boards he grabbed, turned into passing outlets which led to fast-break scores. Carter was great at making plays with his passing ability. He showed a knack for finding other teammates for easy scores. Defensively, he forced multiple turnovers and took a couple of key charges in the game. Carter is an excellent all around player who does all the intangibles at a high level. I believe he’s capable of becoming a top player in the Greenfield-Central basketball program for years to come.
