Another northwest Ohio guard who shoots the crap out of the ball, Smith is an impressive athlete who can make plays on both ends of the floor. I was impressed with how Smith was able to get to his step-back and run off screens to get open looks against teams that key in on stopping him and not letting him shoot. I’d be curious to see how Smith looks with equally talented teammates surrounding him, allowing him to spend more energy on defense and get easier shot attempts. I think Smith will be looked at by scholarship programs and highly pursued by Division III schools as well.
