Williams has stepped his game up big time in his senior season and he did that once again on Saturday. Ann Arbor Skyline earned an upset with a hard fought win against North Farmington. Williams wasn’t afraid of the big moment and hit the game winning shot as time expired. This young man might be one of the most improved players in the SEC or even beyond that.

Williams has found his game and is showing out in his senior season. We could all see the talent in grassroots a couple of summers ago and now he’s put it all together. Williams is a solid 2 way guard that has had some really nice scoring outbursts this season. He recently had 18 points and 5 assists against a very talented Brighton squad.

Williams is very quickly creating an identity for himself this grassroots season. Just a week ago his lockdown defense led directly to a Midwest Stampede 2026 Blue victory that took his team to a semifinal appearance. He was at it again this weekend in Milwaukee. Williams showed once again that he can lockdown on the perimeter. He can play chest-to-chest defense and force the ball out of a primary ball handler or top scorers hands.

Williams is a testament to the fact that scouts and coaches want to see way more than points per game. Williams had a really good floor game on Saturday. He made good reads and smart decisions with the ball and was excellent breaking pressure D with the pass. Williams brought defensive energy to the floor as well.
