Expert Analysis
Tom Keller | Prep Hoops Scout
Saxton has good fundamentals and does a nice job using shot fakes to catch defenders off balance and create scoring opportunities. He is a capable shooter from behind the three-point line and also shows the ability to score off the bounce with his in-between game. Saxton plays with poise and understands how to make the most of his opportunities. He projects as a suitable complementary guard in a multiple-guard lineup, where his shooting, fundamentals, and ability to create off the dribble can provide valuable backcourt depth.
