Willick is another prospect that’s coming off a solid showing at The Final Chapter. All the talk going around says that he’s been a VERY efficient shooter and a constant threat from behind the arc. It will be fun to watch him go to work this weekend in at Brawl For The Ball.

Willick showed up to play in Grand Rapids. From what I saw, his defense carried the day for him, and that’s definitely a compliment. I love any player that wants to D up at a showcase. Willick used anticipation to attack passing lanes and force turnovers. At least 1 of his steals turned into instant offense on the other end. I was also impressed with he way he recognized high percentage passes.

I was impressed with Willick on both ends of the floor. He knew how to rotate and close out quick when playing a zone defense. Willick looked like a stone cold shooter in this game. He buried at least 4 catch and shoot triples in the game. It seemed like every time that Kenowa Hills needed a bucket, Willick delivered a big one.
