Powerful, well-built guard with a physical presence. He can play both on and off the ball and is capable of handling point guard duties when needed. If you don’t take away his left hand, he can control the game for long stretches. He is equally comfortable knocking down the perimeter jumper or attacking downhill to the rim. Defensively, he brings strong physicality and length. On offense, he stays composed and never looks rushed.

Nobody’s taking his rock, Wyatt handled the ball with a wide base and sharp pocket dribbles that allowed him to pass, attack, or shoot unpredictably. Physical, crafty, and tough on the dribble drive, Wyatt used his strength to draw fouls or create space for tough layups at the rim. He also had a strong impact creating transition opportunities, seeing plays develop ahead of time or blitzing passing lanes with urgency to generate fastbreaks.

Wyatt impacts every phase of the game, particularly on the defensive end where his activity level stands out. He rotates early as a help defender, contests vertically at the rim, and rebounds outside his area. Offensively, he’s capable of scoring at all three levels—finishing through contact, elevating into mid-range pull-ups, and spacing the floor from deep. His motor rarely dips, and that consistency shows across multiple possessions. The blend of defensive presence and scoring versatility makes him one of the more complete impact players in the class.
✅ Defensive versatility
✅ Three-level scoring

Broderick Wyatt is a big guard that I was able to watch this summer on several occasions, and his skills continue to improve along with his size. He is a big, strong guard who moves like a bully, but has a finesse to his game that is refreshing to see. He has a smooth jump shot, and he can get it off whenever he wants. He is a next-level player with next-level size and attitude. Coaches will recruit him, and he will surely excel in college.

Wyatt is a confident scorer who thrives in spot-up and catch-and-shoot situations. His mechanics are repeatable, and he has shown the ability to relocate off screens to find open looks. Offensively, he spaces the floor and provides gravity, while defensively he competes with energy on closeouts. His growth as a creator off the bounce will raise his ceiling.

Brodrick was one of the most impressive two-dimensional wings I was able to watch at the UH camp on Saturday. He was able to bully his way to the paint through tough interior defense and draw contact, cashing in at the free throw line often. Wyatt had several good back to the basket fadeaways in the midrange and knew when to pass and when to shoot, having a good eye for where his teammates were on the floor. Overall, nothing about Brodrick’s game was flawed and he was probably a top 3 complete player overall at the camp. I will definitely be tuned in to his game for this upcoming season.

Wyatt’s jump shooting was all about rhythm and balance. He stepped into his jumper with calculated poise, his form smooth and unbothered, even by lengthy contests. The ball floated off his fingertips with a relaxed flick, a shot you trust every time it leaves his hand.
