The Girard Trojans are a team that we think is about to take a nice step forward and have a big season. They were 11-10 last year led by the underclassmen backcourt of Jaxson Smith Jaxson Smith Girard | 2028 State KS and Briggs Buckingham Briggs Buckingham 5'8" | PG Girard | 2029 KS . Both are skilled, quick guards that were the key scorers last year and Briggs has a chance to make a really big jump.
