Braiden Tyerman Braiden Tyerman 6'1" | PG/SG Onalaska | 2028 TX is a gritty glue-guy guard who does the dirty work without being asked. He switches, boxes out, makes the extra pass, and finishes defensive possessions the right way.

✅ Willingness to do the unglamorous work
✅ Extra-pass mentality that finds better shots
✅ Boxes out and closes defensive possessions

Braiden is a lengthy, tenacious guard that is incredibly active in the paint and will do whatever it takes to get his team to victory. He’s an absolute beast on the offensive glass. I saw one possession where he got 4-5 attempts at the rim and finished successfully because of his hustle down low. He’s a fantastic ballhandler with excellent footwork to match and he uses these abilities to stack buckets in the key. His passing game is incredibly impressive, and I love the hook layup he uses down low to evade the contest from lengthier defenders.

Braiden is a talented, versatile combo guard that can make a positive impact on the court for his team in so many ways. He can lead the break down the floor, knock down a much-needed jumper from the corner, and rack up steals without adding to his foul count. He’s got solid court awareness for his age and he moves incredibly well without the ball to get to his spots. He can alternate hands if he’s in a jam to get the clearest look at the basket available and he doesn’t hesitate to drive and kick if he sees a teammate with a better shot opportunity than himself. He possesses a nice skill set in the post as well and he can get streaky hot from beyond the arc in a hurry. I expect Tyerman to get off to a quick start on his high school squad and to keep ascending from there.
