Bennett is so crafty on the court, I really like his game. Nooksack Valley was EXTREMELY young last year as almost every single one of their role players will be returning. The chemistry will be there for DeLange and his teammates, so I expect him to showcase more of his passing / facilitating abilities. He handles the ball well, being able to maintain his dribble well when defenders are guarding him tightly.

Bennett is a great facilitator on the court, one of the top ones in the NWC in my eyes. He controls the pace of the game extremely well. He plays slow and smooth, yet quick at the same time. He attacks the rim effectively being able to contain his dribble through defenders. He has the ability to stop on a dime to pull up and hit the mid-range shot, or he can put his head down and get to the bucket with ease. He utilizes contact to his advantage, being able to adjust mid-air easily. The pick and roll is something DeLange excels in, especially with Ackerman giving him solid screens. Bennett will lead this Pioneer team this season and they could surprise a lot of people.

Bennett is a player I’m extremely excited to watch this season. He has the ability to rise on this list as I think the Nooksack Valley HS team will surprise quite a bit of people. With most of their core returning, DeLange will be joined by 2025 big man

, 2023 wing Ayden Roper, 2025 guard Caden Heutink, and others. Being surrounded by so many solid role players helps Bennett facilitate the offense with ease. He attacks the bucket nicely and has a very smooth and solid lefty shot.
