Ben is an active, playmaking guard that can leave opposing defenses in an absolute tailspin. He’s an elite ballhandler and he can blow by his man with his impressive speed or his solid footwork and pump fake approach. His IQ is off the charts as tends to see plays develop before they happen. He’s physical and can finish through contact and get to the line consistently. He’s often the first to the floor in loose ball situations and he’s not afraid to do the dirty work to help his squad get the win. He’s quick and sneaky on the defensive end, racking up steals without fouling and intercepting the rock in opposing passing lanes for easy fast break buckets. He’s a great communicator on both ends of the floor and he has the confidence and fearlessness to deliver in crunch time.

Ben Buth Ben Buth 5'7" | PG TX was undoubtedly the most enjoyable guard I had the pleasure of watching at the Spurs City Shootout during the Prep Hoops Circuit this summer. His confidence in his game is evident in his play on both ends of the court. His impact on the game is evident through his exceptional shot-making skills, ball-handling abilities, and defensive intensity.

What’s Next for Ben?
Ben is headed into eighth grade with a bright future ahead of him. If he continues to contribute to his teams’ success in basketball, his stock will rise even higher than it already is. It will be exciting to see where his game takes him next.

Ben Buth Ben Buth 5'7" | PG TX is a light’s out shooter from the perimeter, he has so many ways of getting his shot off from that range. Offensively Ben should not be left open at all as he will make defenses pay for lack of coverage. With the ball in his hands, he is a huge threat as he shoots the ball efficiently at his best. All weekend long Ben was very fun to watch as he plays with a ton of confidence. Defensively he was very active with his hands playing intense defense hustling for steals.
