The sophomore is shooting over the magical 40% mark for the season. Has college ready range, which even was apparent last year during Caddo’s run to the Class A semifinals. And has taken his game to another level this year for the Bruins. Along with shooting, he’s a double double with good rebounding for a younger guard. And can hurt the defense in a variety of ways. Expect Willingham and Caddo back in the Class A State Tournament again this year. Which could be a showcase for Willingham to put a capper on an impressive sophomore campaign.

Caddo is on a streak of four straight Class State Tournament appearances. Including a title in 2023. The sophomore sharpshooter is leading the charge for another trip for the the Bruins. They’re 3 and 0 and ranked 3rd in Class . Willingham had a 5 three pointer performance in their semifinal win at the Madill tournament. Which they won with wins over 3A Dickson and 4A Purcell. He was productive as a freshman, and now appears to be taking his game to a whole another level. Also keep an eye on scrappy Jake McKay, a disruptive junior guard for the Bruins.
