Whitten was easily the most impressive shooter at the camp. He was absolutely stroking it from three all day, off the catch and off the dribble. He can also shoot it on the move, which makes him an even more interesting piece to an offense. At 6-feet and only a rising junior, Whitten has a lot of time to get stronger and become a better ball handler. If he can, I could imagine him playing at the mid D3 level.

Atticus Whitten Atticus Whitten 6'0" | CG Gorham | 2026 New E is a guard who can shoot the ball effectively with a clean stroke. Very confident and poised, taking shots from all over the perimeter with ease. Whitten is also a very good screener and relocates well to get the open shots he needs to succeed. With the ball in his hands, the decisions he makes are very smart and lead to good things happening for his teammates. Whitten tries hard on the defensive end too, laying out steals and creating turnovers even if a bit risky at times. His shooting is the main selling point, but he’s a player who I bet will break out more in the coming years. He should firmly be on your radar.
