About Ashton

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a high-energy combo guard who thrives on both ends of the court. I bring intensity to every play, whether I'm driving to the basket or creating opportunities for my teammates. I take pride in my on-ball defense, always striving to disrupt my opponent's rhythm while maintaining aggressive, and smart offense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is rooted in hard work, confidence, and optimism. I approach every challenge with a mindset of continuous improvement and always striving to get better.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Watching my parents serve others and make a difference in everything they do has taught me a lot. I've learned a lot about leadership, teamwork, and helping out in my community. Because of them, I try to bring my best to everything I do whether it's basketball, school, or just helping out with the people around me.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I started playing basketball late compared to most kids who have been playing for years, and sometimes it shows. But I don’t let that stop me. Every day, I’m grinding. Early mornings, late nights, working on my shot, my handles, and learning the game inside and out. I might’ve started late, but I’ve got the drive to catch up and be the best I can be.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that give me an opportunity to play at the next level and help me reach my maximum potential as a student-athlete.
