I think that coaches are kind of late to the game, simply because of how long it took to even identify where the senior forward was playing. He started out at DVP, before transferring to Trinity to play on the Grind Session. He also has improved his game a lot over the course of the last 6 months or so, becoming more of a traditional stretch big.

Fuquay has had an interesting journey, relocating from Michigan to Nevada. No matter where he calls home, he’s been productive. The lefty is a terrific athlete, with the ability to play above the rim. He’s more of a wing floor sprinter than rim runner or post man, however he has good quickness off the floor, and the ability to defend against direct post entries.
