Vander Schaaf is the son of Sergeant Bluff-Luton’s head coach and he plays like another coach on the floor, leading on both ends of the floor. He’s a really talented shooter, knocking down 46.5% of his 3-point attempts last season, and not on small volume, going 79-170. He sees the floor well and is a skilled playmaker in addition to his ability to stretch the floor. His shooting is his biggest asset right now, but his all-around skill set continues to develop.
