Player Bio
About me
My name is AJ Peek and I play for Judge Memorial Catholic High School. As a freshman I played for Intermountain Christian School and was voted All State Honorable Mention in 1A. Wanting a more challenging academic and athletic situation, I transferred to Judge in 2023.
I am a 2 sport athlete as a football and basketball player. My first year in football, I was voted All Region Honorable Mention.
What position(s) do you play? What do you view as your strengths?
I am currently a 3 and D player. Playing defensive end and having a 6'7 wingspan gives me the ability to guard 4/5 and my quickness allows me to switch onto 1-3. Between JV and Varsity this year, I'm shooting 38% from 3, and our last home game of the year 23/24 year I went 5/6 from 3 in the varsity game. I'm working on being a more reliable ball handler and finishing off 2 feet in the paint.
What type of school are you looking for?
I have visited 2 NAIA schools already and have received some interest from some D2 and D3 schools already. Judge is a tough academic school and I believe I have the grades to qualify and play at almost university in the country.
What are your interests outside of Basketball?
Lifting and playing football. I also produce my own music and write my own lyrics. I don't spend much time on social media and that allows me to be creative. I also volunteer at my church in the coffee shop as a barista
Closing Statement
If you are interested in recruiting me to your school, please reach out via email or text. No level or school is below me as I know playing basketball after high school at any level is very difficult and I will have to continue to work hard to achieve my dream of playing college basketball.
