Smith is a name to get to know as he showcased his ball handling ability along with his court vision and skills to finish at the rim. He was comfortable at the showcase and proved that he is a top talent in the state. He was able to get downhill easily using hesitations and head fakes to trick defenders and finish at the rim. He also showed that he is a true PG setting up teammates during the showcase. Smith is poised to lead Simsboro this season and just may be the reason they can make it back down south for another State Championship run.
