Howell is a poised scorer who had the ability to score the basketball in a plethora of ways throughout the two games I saw of him. He has good size and length at the two guard spot. Howell showed that he needs to be respected from behind the three point line converting on several chances from there. He also showed that he can play on the ball and found teammates for scoring looks of their own. Howell was active on defense and found ways to gather steals on several different occasions. He is a prospect who should be on the radar of division two and junior college programs.
