The other 6-foot-8, big presence on the court on Friday night, Stephan was critical in a hot start for the Raptors. When the ball was tipped, the senior made everything difficult for the interior defense of the Falcons, scoring some of the first few points for Ridge View, and, at one point, making it look like the Raptors were going to run the Falcons out of the gym.
Grabbing two offensive rebounds for put-back layups, fighting off defenders for easy twos and even making a three, Stephan was a tough guard for the Falcons.
Adding to his presence on offense, Stephan — along with guard, Carter Todd — swatted away two shots in the paint by OABCIG, proving to be critical for Ridge View’s winning efforts.
