Abas Ahmed is a formidable force in the paint, known for his ability to create post moves and create easy high-percentage points. His passing out of the post was particularly impressive, as he made plays for teammates on the perimeter who were often ready to shoot. Ahmed is also a reliable rebounder, especially on the offensive end, where he makes an effort to secure second-chance opportunities. In one close game I watched him play in, he was willing to take the last shot to lead his team to victory!

What’s next for Abas?
The current sophomore Abas Ahmed delivered an exceptional performance during the Prep Hoops Circuit, and I anticipate continued success during the fall season. Considering his size, he poses a significant threat in the post, and with that in mind, he has the potential to enhance his game in the next two years of high school. Equipped with the necessary tools and a mindset to make big plays, he has a promising future ahead!
