Expert Analysis
Andrew Johnson | Prep Hoops Scout
- t
- Barton had a well-round and productive senior season, averaging 19.1 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 4.3 apg, and 1.4 spg. Good enough to earn the 5A District 16 Player of the Year.
- Bucket getter and also a floor general that controls the pace of the game. Good at getting to the free throw line and can finish strong at the rim for a guard his size.
- Electric athlete with controlled handles and a good basketball IQ.

Ross Van De Griek | Prep Hoops Scout
The 6-1 senior shooting guard shot 11-for-19 from the field and just 2-of-4 from beyond the arc, leading all scorers with 27 points in Southeast’s 61-59 opening round win over Port Charlotte. At just 6’1 he did a fantastic job getting tough shots to go down and was also efficient at getting to the free throw line, going 3-of-4 from the line.
