An avid hoops enthusiast Steve is in his 10th year as a Prep Hoops scout. Parham doubles as a high school coach in CPS. He's been under Prep Hoops Illinois umbrella since day 1. You can catch him at high-profile games or small gyms anywhere in the Chicagoland area as long as games are being played. Steve plans to help cover the state to guide players and coaches to find the perfect fit for the next level.
