Riley Highfill | Prep Hoops Scout
Coach Riley Highfill is a Virginia-based basketball coach and evaluator with deep roots in the 804 basketball community. He currently serves as the Head Coach and Director of Team Loaded 804, competing on the 3SSB Gold circuit, and as an Athletic Coordinator at The Collegiate School in Richmond, Virginia. Through his work with Team Loaded and within the school basketball landscape, Highfill has helped 50+ student-athletes earn college scholarship opportunities at the Division I, II, III, and JUCO levels. He is known for building genuine relationships with players, families, and college coaches while advocating for overlooked and late-blooming talent. In addition to coaching, Coach Highfill is the founder of Highfill Hoops, a regional scouting and media platform focused on providing honest evaluations and increased exposure for Virginia prospects. His scouting perspective is shaped by daily gym exposure, film study, and direct communication with college programs. Coach Highfill is a graduate of Liberty University, earning his degree in Sports Management with a focus in Public Relations and Sports Communication. His mission is simple: help student-athletes gain the recognition they deserve while preparing them for success beyond basketball.
