Flying Under the Radar: 2021 Prospects Pt 4

<p>PrepHoopsIllinois takes a deep dive into the class of 2021 to find prospects Flying Under the Radar!  These prospects are sleepers who are on the verge of emerging.  Here is our <strong>2021 Flying Under the Radar Prospects: Part 4</strong>!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="921013" first="Connor" last="Barnett"] (Fulton)</strong></p> <p>Listed at 6’2” he seems bigger with a strong upper body and broad shoulders.  This kid can flat out shoot the basketball!  Clean and easy stroke which he knocks down shots with regularity from both mid-range and three!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="921006" first="Nick" last="Galati"] (St. Patrick)</strong></p> <p>Sound perimeter shooter that knocks down spot up shots.  Could emerge as the go to scorer this year for St. Pat’s!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="821824" first="Caleb" last="Corro"] (St. Patrick)</strong></p> <p>Corro runs the show for his team both on the high school and grassroots levels.  Excellent distributor that makes sound decisions with the ball in his hands.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="921009" first="Devon" last="Ellis"] (Conant)</strong></p> <p>Ellis has nice size on the wing at 6’4” with a strong build.  Broad shouldered wing can hit from mid-range and passes it pretty well.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="921010" first="Josh" last="Harris"] (Timothy Christian)</strong></p> <p>Harris is an athletic lefty scoring wing who is best slashing and scoring in transition.  Averaged almost 15 points and 5 boards as a junior leading a team that made it to state.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Kaleb Applebey (Mt. Carmel)</strong></p> <p>This southern Illinois post is a physically built big man that rebounds in area and can shoot short jumpers.  Strong around the hoop.  Has some developmental upside.  Also a football player.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Dre Scott (Pinckneyville)</strong></p> <p>Scott is a big wing that brings athleticism and slashing to the table.  Rebounds well for his position and should develop into a quality defender in time.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="921022" first="Garrett" last="Greene"] (Brother Rice)</strong></p> <p>At 6’3” he has a frame that should allow him to continue to grow.  He displays a feathery touch on his jump shot.  Knocks down pull up jump shots from all over the court.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="921026" first="Jeffery" last="Grace"] (York)</strong></p> <p>Grace is a compact point guard from York that brings strength to the table at the lead guard spot.  He is an attacking downhill point guard that looks to score first, but also a solid passer that recognizes when to get his shooters the ball.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="921032" first="Kyleb" last="Meadows"] (Galesburg)</strong></p> <p>Meadows broke out on a Saturday last summer at the Chicago PrepHoops event.  Rangy point guard from Galesburg showed an excellent feel for the game as a slick passer while also scoring at a high level.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="821827" first="Colin" last="Brueggemann"] (Freeburg)</strong></p> <p>This 6’5” forward is intriguing.  Good size, length, and projectability.  Mobile four that runs the floor well.  Forward to track as he presents some upside especially if he shows some perimeter skill and touch in the paint.</p>
