Number ONE. The top prospect in the class was Pharrel Payne and he has proven his worth averaging 8.2pt/5.2rb as a frosh at Minnesota and then 10/6 as a sophomore for the Gophers followed by 10/5 at Texas A&M as a junior and then 17/7 last season at Maryland as a senior. Payne was hurt last year so he red-shirted medically and gets one more year for the Terps.
