The program which is run through grants and partnerships has no monthly fees or dues, and allows players to participate without the burden of tournament, hotel or travel fees. Starting with 8 players at their initial tryout, the program has grown into 3 teams. “My role is coach, Director mentor” – Carl Wunsch

What’s the one thing you want people to know about PAL Elite?
“We’re a program run by the Police department that is looking to provide quality affordable club basketball for those that can’t afford it.”
What tournaments are you guys playing outside of the circuit?
“Our 17U team will be playing a total of 14 local tournaments.”
Players to Watch:
Chris Long 6’7 PF Vista Grande 2022 – Long is a young player with a lot of potential. Good inside-outside player that was a 1st team, all-region performer. “He’s an everything player” Long averaged over 12 per game for Vista Grande as a sophomore this season.
Brandon Jackson 6’0 SG North Canyon 2021 – Jackson can change the scoreboard in a hurry. The combo guard averaged over 15 per game this season for North Canyon.
Isaiah Delt 6’5 SF San Tan Foothills 2020 – Delt is a driver and slasher that averaged 8 and 6 for San Tan on his way to being named as an honorable mention 3A performer.
Devon Bradford 6’4 SF Vista Grande 2021 – Bradford is 4A honorable mention selection. The slasher led Vista Grande in scoring averaging over 13 points per game.
Thomas Mullings 6’6 PF Greenway 2020 – Mullings had a good year for the Demons. He led the team in points and rebounds on his way to being named a 1st team all-region and all-conference performer.
Sleeper:
Eydurus Muse 5’10 PG Maryvalle 2022 – “He has great court vision, can shoot the ball and makes his teammates better.”
Circuit Schedule: Bash in The Desert May 1st – 3rd, Hustle in The Sun May 8th – 10th, Hustle Finals Region July 17th – 19th.
