The Mr. Basketball award in 2019 goes to Columbia Rock Bridge standout guard Isiaih Mosley. Ranked as the No. 1 player in the state’s Prep Hoops Missouri Class of 2019 rankings, Mosley carried that ranking all the way to the end of the season when he led the Bruins to the Class 5 state championship.
As a senior, the 6’6 Mosley averaged 22 points and seven rebounds a game in leading the Bruins to their first state championship. The versatile guard score, pass and dribble at a very high level. That combination, along with his size, makes him virtually unstoppable.
Mosley committed to Missouri State University shortly after winning the state championship. He will leave a legacy that includes being one of the best basketball players ever produced in Mid-Missouri.
