<p>Who has had an MVP season so far in each section of Class A of Minnesota high school basketball? We give you our two top contenders. </p>
<p><strong>Section 1</strong>: Caryson Gunderson of Randolph and Mason Tapp of Hayfield. </p>
<ul>
<li>Gunderson is a senior that has pushed his team into the top ten of Class pushing through a 2-loss season</li>
<li>Tapp is coming off of an injury that took away a year but his growth physically and as a player made him a prospect</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Section 2</strong>: Issac Fink of Springfield and Jake Kettner of Minnesota Valley Lutheran. </p>
<ul>
<li>Fink is a top ten scorer all time and just pushed over 3,000 career points</li>
<li>MVL has had a great year with Kettner playing at a high level and helping his teammates there too</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Section 3</strong>: Cooper Hansen of RTR and Thomas Hennen of Minneota.</p>
<ul>
<li>The defending champs are led by Cooper's 21/8/4 a game</li>
<li>Hennen was league MVP last year and is having a brilliant senior season</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Section 4</strong>: McCaleb Alleman of CHOF and Jessye Lewis Jr of Hiawatha Collegiate</p>
<ul>
<li>Alleman is scoring 17 a contest for a 4-loss team</li>
<li>Lewis is scoring 24 plus points per game for Hiawatha</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Section 5</strong>: Micah Pocernich of Cromwell and Brady Raph of Pine River-Backus</p>
<ul>
<li>Micah is a 19/7/4 a game guy for a 17-3 season</li>
<li>Brady has been putting up big scoring numbers while leading his team to a 19-4 season</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Section 6</strong>: Sam Fisher of Henning and DeVonte Edwards of Ortonville </p>
<ul>
<li>Fisher has Henning undefeated on the year as he continues to make a push for all state</li>
<li>Edwards is once again averaging a double-double for a top team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Section 7</strong>: Cade Goggleye of North Woods and Patrick Vanderbeek of Ely</p>
<ul>
<li>North Woods is 20-2 with Cade leading the way and having another strong year. Good support developing</li>
<li>The Ely top scorer is Vanderbeek scoring 20 plus a game. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Section</strong> <strong>8</strong>: Mason Miller of Ada-Borup and Jarell Jacobs of Cass Lake-Bena</p>
<ul>
<li>Mason is a double-double post who has his team undefeated and is playing like a first team all state talent</li>
<li>The Panthers are deep with talent and it's Jacobs doing a lot of the point scoring. </li>
