Andrew Kenneally
6’7 – PF – 2017 – Crown Point / Indiana Elite Region
One of the best attributes a rebounder can have is energy and most of the guys on this list have that but Kenneally’s has really improved over the last year. He’s filled out his frame and kept improving his energy and effort and along with that, his rebounding ability has improved. He’s great away from the rim because of his size and mobility allowing him to track them down really well. He’s decent near the basket as well and has become one to watch this summer.
Jalen Adaway
6’5 – SF – 2017 – Logansport / Indy Hoosiers 2017
Jalen is really good as an athlete and always brings the effort. In terms of who is the flashiest rebounder, it has to be Adaway. He shows off some of the more crazy tip dunks and high flying plays you will see. He can elevate quickly and allows him to get to rebounds much quicker than his opponents. He’s really strong as well so as long as he gets to the ball, he isn’t going to whiff on the ball.
Landon Hall
6’4 – SG – 2017 – Brownsburg / Indiana Faith 2017
In terms of scrappiness and energy, you won’t find a better guy from the guard spot than Landon. He’s pure motor and has all the attributes to do really well beyond high school as a rebounder. He’s got great athleticism, strength, and size at 6’4 that can allow him to get in their and mix it up with the bigs. He’s also good because once he grabs the board, he can get the ball up the floor quickly and get the offense going.
Emerson Haliblieb
6’5 – C – 2018 – University / Indiana Elite North 2018
Emerson isn’t a name most will know but he is one of the more consistent rebounders you are going to find in the state. He’s a big forward with a strong lower half and once he gets position in the post, you aren’t going to move him without fouling him. Tracking down boards isn’t a strength but as a defensive rebounder he’s plenty capable and gets the job done efficiently.
Mason Gillis
6’5 – PF – 2019 – New Castle / Indiana Elite Diesel 2019
The class of 2019 brings in to guys who could be dominant low post guys. The first is Sydney Curry and the other is Mason Gillis. Mason is a polished prospect with size and that would be enough to catch my attention but he brings the motor and strength on every play. He’s a guy that should get the most out of his skillset and you see that on the floor every time. He’s aggressive and quick and is a double-double every game if he wants to be.
Darian Porch
6’5 – PF – 2018 – Indianapolis Pike / Indiana Elite Magic 2018
Darian is an under-the-radar guy to watch in the 2018 class. He’s a bouncy undersized power forward who loves to play close to the rim and is very adept at tracking down rebounds. He’s quick and agile and reads the ball off the rim pretty well. His offense is based on his ability to rebound on the offensive end so he puts tons of effort into being solid in that respect. A guy that could breakout sooner rather than later.
Other Top Rebounders To Watch:
Alec Burton – 6’6 PF – 2018 – Danville / Indiana Faith 2018
Anton Berry – 6’5 SF – 2018 – FW Bishop Luers / Legit Basketball 2017

Haden Deaton – 6’5 SF – 2017 – McCutcheon / Grassroots Indiana 2017 Blue
Arius Jones – 6’3 SG – 2018 – FW Carroll / Spiece Indy Heat 2018
