William Jewell Classic (Nelson Division): Grandview vs. Fort Osage, 5:30 p.m. -Grandview used a balanced attack to defeat Staley in the semifinals while Fort Osage defeated Raymore-Peculiar to get to the finals. (Prediction: Grandview).
William Jewell Classic (Patterson Division): Park Hill South vs. Blue Springs South, 7:15 p.m. – Park Hill South features one of the state’s top backcourts in Lamel Robinson and Desi Williams while Blue Springs South counters with standout young big Jaylon McDaniel (Prediction: Park Hill South)
William Jewell Classic (Cardinal Division): Rockhurst vs. Center, 9 p.m. – A veteran and well-balanced Rockhurst team will take on a center team led by standout combo forward Keyren Spiller. (Prediction: Rockhurst)
MICDS: Trinity vs. Francis Howell, 7:45 p.m. – This is a rematch from last year’s tournament quarterfinals, where Trinity won in a rout. That should give Howell plenty of motivation. One of the top matchups of the night. (Prediction: Trinity)
St. Dominic, Sikeston vs. Fort Zumwalt South, 7:30 p.m. – These two teams have been battling for the St. Dominic championship for many years. Look for another exciting fast paced contest in O’Fallon, Mo tonight. (Prediction: Sikeston)
Southeast Missourian: Cape Girardeau Central vs. Jackson, 7:30 p.m. – These two teams met for the championship in 2015. Cape has plenty of quickness while Jackson has size and a solid guard in Colton Seyer. (Prediction: Cape Central)
Blue and Gold (Gold Division) – Parkview vs. Rogersville, 7 p.m. – Parkview has rebounded nicely from the devastating loss of top player Tyem Freeman to a season-ending ACL injury to get to the finals. They will take on a solid Rogersville team in the finals. (Prediction: Parkview).
Blue and Gold (Blue Division): Springfield Catholic vs. Ozark, 7 p.m. – Catholic will takes its 13-0 record into tonight’s championship game against a solid Ozark team. Guard Jake Branham of Catholic has continued his excellent play this season. (Prediction: Springfield Catholic).
Bloomfield: Hayti vs. Twin Rivers, 8:30 p.m. – Top-seed Hayti outlasted East Prairie in the semifinals while Twin Rivers continued its march to the finals behind excellent 2019 guard Hayden Thomas. (Prediction: Hayti)
Cabool: Dora vs. Licking, 6:30 p.m. – Top seed Licking advanced to the finals with a nice victory over Thayer while Dora knocked off Eminence 71-54 behind 37 points from 2021 guard Isaac Haney in a battle of Class 1 powers. (Prediction: Dora)
