Kohen is a 6'1 battler that is a bit of an undersized forward that gave his team eight rebounds a game last season in addition to the nine points a contest. Moves the ball well, takes the right shots, defends hard and is part of a line-up at Cheylin that returns everybody from an 8-13 team. Pochop is a key piece to a team that should take a big step forward.

Bishop Seabury was a 17-6 team last season and the most talented team in the KAW Valley. Hoffman, Stubbs and young [player_tooltip player_id='3726268' first='Quintin' last='Taylor'] were headliners but a worker in that starting group was Campbell. AJ averaged 7.2 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game earning all league honors himself. He move into a much bigger role this winter from his hard working small forward position.

At 6'5 and 210 pounds, Hockett is a developing player for Pleasant Ridge that averaged nearly eight points and eight boards a game as a sophomore. Hudson also got to 38 blocks in 23 games as a sophomore both in low post help and help side work for a nice average. A really good offensive rebounder who chased down 76 second chances last season.

Carter had 42 steals last season in 24 games and he chased down over seven rebounds a game last season. He was the second leading scorer on his team last season and should be the leading scorer this year. Altoona-Midway lost their top guy but Carter appears ready to take that role. Also had 16 of 44 threes last season.

Bram is the type of hard working, ground covering player that gives a team a lot of different things. He was a starter last year and the third leading scorer at about nine points a game plus he chased down five rebounds a contest. His biggest number was likely the 69 steals in 21 games which is a very, very impressive total. Throw in a couple assists a game and this is a strong all around player.

Sedan is a young team that won a third of their games but they have players back that should help them make a big jump. [player_tooltip player_id='3762683' first='Braden' last='Easley'] and Kohner Stout made a bit more headlines but Martinez was also very important to the team as well. Martinez was the third leading scorer at nine points a game plus he led the team with four assists a game and led the team in steals with 2.6 of those each night.
