Carter had 42 steals last season in 24 games and he chased down over seven rebounds a game last season. He was the second leading scorer on his team last season and should be the leading scorer this year. Altoona-Midway lost their top guy but Carter appears ready to take that role. Also had 16 of 44 threes last season.
