There will always be a debate over who is in what position, and that is the beauty of basketball, and that is that you can prove it on the floor. Some players score a lot of points, some players help their teams win, and some players are on loaded rosters. Either way these 5 are "The Cream of the Crop"

#1 6'3 PG [player_tooltip player_id='1724358' first='Troy' last='Kaufusi'], Orem High School

Kaufusi is more than just a scorer; he possesses a keen understanding of the game and operates seamlessly within the flow of the offense. He showcased his versatility this past season, averaging over 15 points per game, demonstrating his ability to score in transition and distribute the ball effectively to his teammates, often resulting in successful possessions. Kaufusi is a well-rounded player capable of scoring at all three levels and maintains excellent court awareness, playing with the right pace and tempo. The highly-touted 3-star prospect already holds over four scholarship offers and is poised to gain even more recruiting attention following a strong junior year.

#2 6'4 PG [player_tooltip player_id='2540166' first='Jayden' last='Cecil'], Utah Prep

Cecil was the 2nd leading scorer with 13 PPG on his Utah Prep team that plays in the EYBL Scholastics league, and he was 2nd in minutes played as well. Cecil has had some monster games, and he has the experience to continue to rise. He gets stronger and stronger, and the way that he finishes is among the best in the country. Do not be surprised if he overtakes the #1 spot in the rankings, as he has been solid this spring and looks to have a monster summer.

#3 6'5 W [player_tooltip player_id='2673550' first='Josh' last='Tolman'], Corner Canyon High School

Tolman has consistently performed on high-caliber teams throughout the past two seasons, and the upcoming year promises no deviation from this trend. He possesses an uncanny ability to influence games in various ways. His offensive game is steadily improving, particularly his ball-handling and perimeter play. Defensively, he is a force to be reckoned with, displaying exceptional strength for his size. What truly sets Tolman apart, however, is his relentless motor and unwavering competitive spirit, qualities that position him among the most promising prospects in his class.

#4 6'7 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2450656' first='Oscar' last='Keegan'], East High School

Keegan possesses significant upside within this top 5 group. He already boasts impressive length and skill, and he could potentially add another inch or two to his frame. As the only dual-sport athlete in the top 5, he also has the potential to be a Division I lacrosse player. He's become more aggressive over the past year, and if he can learn to apply his physicality when needed while maintaining his finesse, he has the potential to rise to the top. Keegan is a skilled shooter with a soft touch around the rim, and it will be exciting to see him play in the next live period.

#5 7'0 C [player_tooltip player_id='2780681' first='Stra' last='Zelic'], Wasatch Academy

Zelic is a highly-touted 4-star prospect with four scholarship offers, and it's only a matter of time before he accumulates more. While he may be a late bloomer, his progress over the past year has been notable. Colleges will be eager to get their hands on him, given his exceptional height and mobility, and will look to develop him further.
