Standing at 6’5, Greyson Wood Greyson Wood 6'5" | PF Asher | 2027 State OK is a forward who has a great feel for controlling the paint. He led the post role for his Team Oklahoma squad this summer and consistently made his presence felt around the basket. Wood has a soft touch inside, does a great job boxing out, and knows how to attack the glass for loose rebounds.

He’s also capable of stepping outside the paint and knocking down the mid-range jumper, using his size to shoot over smaller defenders. His hustle stands out on both ends of the floor, and he brings a physical presence defensively that can make things difficult for opposing forwards. After putting together several double-digit scoring performances last season, expect Wood to continue producing at a high level during his senior season at Asher.

Wood is a bruiser around the rim, who brought his hard hat last weekend. Plays to size and even a little bigger because of his strong frame. While he plays his physical role at the basket to a T, even hustling in transition for putback points, he’s not limited to just being around the rim. In the game watched he showed good shooting touch. Connected a few times in the mid-range from around 15 feet. Wood recently led Asher to the Class B-2 State Tournament and is expected to see his game grow this spring and summer.
