#59) [player_tooltip player_id='3554549' first='Jasheem' last='Collins'] | 6'1” CG | Northampton

Collins was nothing short of phenomenal for Northampton this year as he emerged as one of the top guards in the Northern Neck area, and the two sport star definitely has a scholarship coming his way in something. He's a big time athlete who thrives in transition where he can use his speed and athleticism to finish at or above the rim, he's a good defender with great instincts to jump passing lanes and stay in front when on the ball, he can score it in a number of different ways, and he's a nightmare matchup for any guard defensively.

#60) [player_tooltip player_id='2708973' first='Jason' last='Ross'] | 5'10” CG | Nelson County

Ross had a breakout year for a Nelson County team that was dominant all season, and he'll play an even bigger role next year as he continues to develop. The 5'10” combo guard is a tone setter who brings great energy and toughness on the defensive end, he's a knock down shooter from deep who can drill it on the move and off the bounce, he can make plays for others in transition, and he always finds a way to contribute positively to his team.

#65) [player_tooltip player_id='3554561' first='Walker' last='Overbay'] | 6'5” SF | Christiansburg

Overbay is a two sport star that also shines on the baseball diamond, and he's part of a talented young Christiansburg team that is one to watch for in the next few years. He has great positional size on the wing and uses his length to challenge shots and get deflections, he's a big time athlete who can play above the rim when he gets downhill or out in transition, he moves well off the ball and can knock down shots from multiple levels, and he is very good attacking closeouts and finishing through contact.

#68) [player_tooltip player_id='2544140' first='Levi' last='C Mann'] | 6'0” SG | Appomattox County

Mann has been a big reason for a turn around in the Appomattox program, as he's the exact type of player coaches look to build a culture with his fearlessness and work ethic coupled with his skillset. He's a knock down shooter with good range and a quick release, he doesn't back down from big matchups against more experienced or athletic players, he shows toughness and a high motor defensively and fighting for loose balls, and he continues to round out his offensive game to where he's a threat in isolation now too.

#69) [player_tooltip player_id='2479654' first='Chaycen' last='Harman'] | 6'0” CG | Floyd County

Harman stepped into a much bigger role his sophomore year for a Floyd team that made yet another run to the state tournament, and seeing him go from a spot up shooter to a true point guard in just a year was highly impressive. He did a great job controlling the tempo and pushing the ball in their uptempo system, he did a great job in ball screens and attacking gaps against the zone, he set the tone defensively with his on ball pressure, and of course he still is a knock down shooter from deep as well.

#73) [player_tooltip player_id='3554574' first='Kamharie' last='Steelman'] | 5'9” PG | Fleming

Steelman is a two sport star who also shines on the football field as a receiver and safety, and what he brings there he takes the hardwood that makes him a nightmare for opposing coaches. He's one of the quickest guards you'll see with the ball in his hands and he's dynamic in transition, he can blow by defenders with hesitations and his great burst, he hounds ball handlers and jumps passing lanes defensively, and he puts constant pressure with his ability to live in the paint and score over bigger defenders.

#75) Nairobi Johnson | 6'3” SG | Woodberry Forest

Johnson has been a fixture at Woodberry over the pastS couple of years, and he's one that college coaches need to learn about this summer because he's only going to get better. The 6'3” off guard has great positional size and is able to use that size to finish through traffic when he gets downhill, he is a good athlete who thrives in transition, he can knock down open shots off the catch, and defensively he has major upside as a lock down defender.
