About Carter

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a bigger guard. I can handle the ball, shoot, and get downhill. I can post guys up and get buckets. If I get doubled or tripled I can pass out to my teammates for open shots. I like to get downhill and get out in transition but do like a half court, styled/structured offense. I feel like I play like Johni Broome during his Auburn days.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I love winning. I want to win. I love all my teammates and I enjoy the game. I love to joke around and have a good time but once it’s go time, I’m locked in. I am a hard worker and want to be great at everything I do. I think I’m an easy person to get along with and talk to.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in student council for my high school. I have not received any non sport awards.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a great leader. I’m vocal on and off the court. I communicate with my coaches about missing anything for whatever reason. I am a great teammate and encourage others to be there best. I don’t have any community service or anything of that sort.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I had knee surgery on my left knee in April 2024. I had knock knee in my left leg and my knee was growing as I got taller so I had to get 2 plates and screws in my inside of me knee, so my knee would stop growing inward. I still have the plates and screws in my knee on the side along with stitches on the front of my knee from a biking incident.

What type of college are you looking for?

A high level college for basketball. One with a good program and culture. One that I will play and get better at. Get my name out there to make it to the NBA.
