Rodriguez could be in line for a bigger role at Coronado this season after gaining valuable experience in 26 games a year ago. He averaged 3.2 points per contest but showed flashes of his offensive potential, including a season high 16 point outing. His ability to knock down shots from beyond the arc gives him a weapon that could become increasingly valuable with more opportunities. If he can build on those flashes and find consistency offensively Rodriguez has a chance to become a reliable contributor for Coronado

Rodriguez was one of Ponderosa’s more impactful players at Colorado Live, thriving with his ability to run the floor and create easy scoring opportunities in transition. His athleticism and motor consistently put pressure on opposing defenses, while his soft touch around the basket allowed him to finish through traffic. Rodriguez also showed he could step out and knock down perimeter shots, making him a versatile offensive threat. Just as impressive was his passing ability, as he made smart reads and unselfish plays that kept the offense flowing. His complete skill set stood out throughout the event
