Fletcher is an athletic post player who immediately stands out because of his size and frame. He is a polished post scorer who finishes just about every time the ball is in his hands downlow. Whether its catching dump off passes for easy dunks or creating his own with back to the basket moves. He puts a ton of interior pressure on opposing defenses and garners a lot of attention. Fletcher is a hand full to keep off the offensive glass as well and creates a ton of extra possessions just by being in the game. Defensively he checks a lot of boxes as well with his ability to move his feet and block shots in the lane.
